Hello, and welcome to The Avatar Project! We are a up and coming new RP forum, based around the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra. First of all, I wish to welcome you warmly to the forum. We have developed and written many threads to help you settle into our story. Please read the following threads to help you first of all learn about our world before we move onto Character Sheets:

Each of these threads will help you become settled in our world of Avatar.
CHARACTER CREATION:
Now I shall help you create a character. Creating a character is the most important part of settling into our world. To help you do so, we have written threads for each nation and their culture to help you create your character, which also includes knowledge on the current events of that nation.

Please read the thread of the nation you wish to create a character in, I assure you, it will be extremely helpful.
After reading the attached threads, and you now feel comfortable, please go to the Character Creation Thread by our wonderful Admin Juno, and fill out the sheet and post it. We have no limit on how many denies you can get, so keep at it! Here are some helpful tips for you:
- Please try to refrain from using RP stereotypes, such as; Bandits killed my parents, Mary Sue, or a Power Game Joe.
- Try to add something unique to your character to make them different.
- Use the Culture for your Character’s Nation, it will be helpful for forming character.
- Use correct grammar and spelling, it leaves a good impression on the GM/Admin checking your app.
- When describing your character’s gear/clothing please use culture correct clothing and gear, the culture posts and weapon posts will help you.
